Secure Escrow

Neither party assumes risk. Funds are held securely throughout the transaction and only released when both sides are satisfied. We work with Winslow Law Group for escrow management. Our 10% seller commission covers the full brokerage service — buyers pay nothing.

All escrow transactions are tracked, auditable, and insured.

We partner with Guardian Vault, an established vault storage provider, to keep your most valuable pieces safe in climate-controlled, fully insured facilities. Transfer ownership of vaulted items without ever moving them physically — reducing handling risk to zero.
